We are migrating sandbox infrastructure. No downtime should happen except at the point of cutover when in-progress requests will fail. All requests should succeed upon retry.

Due to high load, processing of new transactions is currently delayed. Transaction categorization, matching, and async report generation are experiencing delays up to 15 minutes.
